Siam Park
This park has often been called one of the best water parks in the world, and it’s easy to see why. The park has a huge variety of pools, aquatic rides and a wave pool with some of the world’s largest artificial waves. Siam Beach with its vast white sands and clear turquoise waters make for a great spot to relax and unwind during a busy day of exploring. Ride a camel
Tenerife has a selection of camel parks and excursions where visitors can meet with and ride on camels. The aptly named La Camella, or Camel Park, was the first camel centre in Tenerife; established in 1988. Here you have a lot of duration options for camel rides along the gorgeous Southern Tenerife region. There is also a farm on site with other animals such as donkeys, goats and parrots which are sure to be a treat for little ones, as well as a restaurant and souvenir shop. Forestal Park
Forestal Park Tenerife offers unique adventure experiences for families. Obligatory Briefing Courses teaches visitors the features and equipment to ensure safe and secure fun. The family course is the perfect base for training your abilities and improving your adventure skills if you’re a first timer, as it consists of three modules which get progressively higher and more challenging as you progress. Ziplines, climbing walls, swinging, hanging and much more can all be expected on this course and it takes about two hours to complete. Palmitos Park
Palmitos Park is a zoo, dolphinarium and is even home to Europe’s largest butterfly venue. Mammals, reptiles, aquatic creatures and birds can all be found here, and kids can get up close and personal with all these species and learn more about how they live. As well as that, the park also has a variety of exciting experiences worth availing of. Angry Bird Activity Park
The Gran Canaria addition to the Angry Bird Activity Park franchise is certainly worth visiting with children aged four to 12. This park has a huge variety of attractions such as softball areas and a ball pool for little ones and the X-Wave and Parkour Track for testing balance and agility. Daredevils can try the Big Piggy Bag Jump (aged five plus) which involves leaping from a platform onto a giant inflatable pillow or scale the climbing wall. Aquapark Costa Teguise
This Lanzarote’s biggest water park and is also host to one of the world’s largest waterslides. Families can enjoy quality time together here racing each other on the park’s massive multi slides. Timanfaya National Park
A must see when you’re visiting this volcanic island is Timanfaya National Park. This volcanic region takes over a quarter of the island and has detailed history of eruptions or both small and larger scales. You can view this park safely and securely aboard a coach will bring you around to all the most spectacular corners of the park, the fare for which is included in your entry fee. Rancho Texas
This is Lanzarote’s largest animal park and is home to a huge variety of animals.
