Siam Park  

Where? Tenerife, Spain. 

Siam Park has been voted the world’s number one waterpark five years in a rowEquipped with attractions for younger ones, family favorites and some more thrilling and adrenaline pumping rides, there’s no shortage of entertainment here. As it is Europe’s biggest waterpark, we will say that you may need more than a day if you wish to explore everything on offer there.  

Highlights Little ones should dip their toes in The Lost City, the only pool made for babies on the whole Canary Islands. Dare to take on the waves on The Wave Palace, and test your bravery inside The Volcano.

 Skara Sommarland  

Where? Skara, Sweden.  

Skara Sommarland is located east of Skara and attracts 350,000 visitors annually. As this is a summer park, it only opens in the peak season for the months of June, July and August. However, this park is well worth visiting as it has attractions suited for every age group, as well as plenty of on-site accommodation and dining choices.  

Highlights Splash for hours in the 15000 square meter Wave Pool. Slip, slide or dive among the water attractions in the Sago Pools, and compete with one another afloat the Racer.

 Fasouri Watermania 

Where? Limassol, Cyprus. 

This park is jammed with exciting activities and attractions for every age group, all delivered through a Polynesian theme. With countless awards under their belt, this is Cyprus’ largest waterpark and is also home to Europe’s biggest wave pool. Plus, the onsite massage and spa facilities are sure to help grown-ups satisfy any luxurious pampering needs. 

Highlights The Baby Bungee Swings and Paddle Boats are a must for very young visitors, while older children can chase thrills aboard the 6 Lane Mat Racer or the six story Kamikaze Slide. The Black Hole Slides and Black Cannons are ideal for older kids who are seeking some adrenaline pumping terror.

 Aqualandia Jesolo 

Where? Jesolo, Italy. 

This theme park has been recognized as Italy’s best water park, and it is no surprise as to why. This park is jammed with unique and exciting attractions and features for families of any age, such as Shark Bay, the only Caribbean beach inside a water park, as well as a wide variety of shows and performances guaranteed to entertain little ones. Split into ten different thematic areas and located near Venice, this is every family dream getaway destination.  

Highlights Smallies can enjoy the mini thrills of Funnyland. For older adventurers, jet down Tortuga Sky’s 200-meter descent and sway along the Crazy River aboard a two-person dinghies.
